FAQ
Do you travel to other locations?
Yes! Locations beyond 40 km within my home base will require an additional travel fee.
When will I receive my photos?
You will recieve your photos via online gallery within 2 to 4 weeks.
Videography - You will receive your film within 4 to 8 weeks
What is your deposit/cancellation policy?
Upon booking, a $50 deposit is required to secure your spot. If you need to cancel your session atleast 24 hours notice is requested. Deposits are transerable to another date if cancelation is reasonable. A 'no show' or last minute cancellation will result in a non refundable deposit.
Do I get the copyright to my photos?
You will recieve a print release contract before your scheduled session. This gives you the right to print and use your images for personal use, however the copyright will remain with A Click Away Photography.
Can I order prints through you?
Absolutely! I have a professional printer specially designed for photographers. Prices vary depending on size and quantity.
